Dianne is an international, certified executive coach with 25+ years in the public sector. Her background in human resources, administrative management and change management also included roles in leading and managing. She led a two year leadership development project as part of her graduate research and later introduced the practice of coaching with management and staff involved in change and transition.

She has international experience working with global leaders in Eastern Europe and the Middle East in leadership development, competency development and coaching on managing diverse teams, communication and cultural diversity. Her clients were leaders and managers in the agriculture, oil and gas, electricity and airline sectors.

She provides her clients with the support and confidence they require to make decisions and lead effectively. She does this through using skills such as listening, questioning, clarifying and even challenging when required so that her clients get the clarity and confidence they require to move forward. She works with professionals, managers and directors from the public and private sector as well as entrepreneurs and business owners.

Dianne graduated with a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and a Masters degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University. She has a BA in Conflict Resolution from the University of Winnipeg and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Manitoba. She also holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation. She is currently an Associate Faculty member with Royal Roads University in the Executive Coaching Program and she a professional speaker on the topics of leadership, coaching and change.
