CORE Engagement Surveys

CORE engagement surveys provide organizations feedback from employees, leaders and other stakeholders on topics critical to success. From our years of research, the consistently lowest score that we see is to the question: “I feel I have a voice…”.

The surveys are customizable, so TAC can add or remove questions to make the experience more meaningful to the organization.

CORE Surveys

The CORE Engagement survey is available in two standard formats. So, choosing the CORE Strengths survey will provide you feedback from employees and leaders on a broad range of topics. Alternatively, the CORE Strategy survey asks a combination of broad questions as well as questions to assist in the strategic planning process.

Once complete, the client will get several deliverables:

  • A full PDF report of all scores and comments by participants.
  • A summary provided as an overview, created in PowerPoint after TAC reviews the results.
  • An Average report comparing your scores to all-time average responses from every participant who has ever done the survey.
  • The provision of a Best-in-Class report which identifies how your scores compare to the best scores by question. So, if your organization achieves the best-in-class score on a question, it will be noted.
  • Optionally, TAC can provide slicer reports which break down your results by any subgroup such as department, seniority, pay type, and more.
