Since 1984, The Achievement Centre has been helping businesses succeed by focusing on their most valuable resource — their people. Our professional development programs change behaviour through paced learning, guiding participants to discover their untapped potential.
We help our clients achieve and exceed their business goals with our proven diagnostic tools and methods. Working with the business owner, we focus on three key areas of planning: strategic, operational, and transition. We then work with the business leaders to help maintain that focus.
Armed with a plan, and a well prepared leader, TAC then supports the organization further by providing services in areas such as leadership development, sales training, hiring tools, and employee engagement.
Using discovery tools and paced learning programs, we partner with our clients to help them achieve their goals by bridging the gap between knowing what to do and doing it.
We are a leader in our industry helping organizations and people achieve measurable success.

Words From Our Clients
We are in the behaviour change business. Clients often share their feedback on ways that their commitment to our programs has helped them.
Through my participation in this program, I now benefit from one-on-one meetings and improved communication of departmental activities to the management group.

One of my Senior Managers and myself took the RADAR course from TAC. We were pleasantly surprised with the material and how we could apply it with our employees and customers. Two of our favorite topics were the SMART goals and the different personality styles. It was not only helpful but a lot of fun going through the personality evaluation on ourselves and other employees. This will be a big asset in growing our business.
