Since 1984, The Achievement Centre has been helping businesses succeed by focusing on their most valuable resource — their people. Our professional development programs change behaviour through paced learning, guiding participants to discover their untapped potential.

We help our clients achieve and exceed their business goals with our proven diagnostic tools and methods. Working with the business owner, we focus on three key areas of planning: strategic, operational, and transition. We then work with the business leaders to help maintain that focus.

Armed with a plan, and a well prepared leader, TAC then supports the organization further by providing services in areas such as leadership development, sales training, hiring tools, and employee engagement.

Profile

Jennifer Lacoursière

Finance Coordinator

Jennifer is the Finance Manager with over 10 years of experience working alongside our team at TAC. She oversees a variety of financial activities as well as HR responsibilities.

Jennifer is a graduate of Fanshawe College and has continued her studies at Western University.

She enjoys many outdoor sports and activities as well as spending time with her family and friends.

Judy Preszcator

Survey Administrator, Facilitator & Coach

Judy provides administration support to our TAC team with regards to orders and surveys. She also acts as a coach and facilitator, directly assisting our clients with leadership and sales support.

Judy has experience as an entrepreneur, worked as an Account Manager for a national corporation for many years, and has worked in sales and customer service.

As a past member of Toastmasters, Judy has held many positions; including Club Coach, VP Membership and Sponsorship Chair.

When she’s not working, Judy enjoys sailing with her husband, Ed, and spending time with family and friends.

Marc Lacoursiere

President

As the president of TAC, Marc Lacoursière supports our existing coaches as well as recruits new coaches into our network. In addition, Marc is a Principal in London, working with a team of coaches and facilitators to support local businesses.

Marc joined TAC in 2008 after 30 years in sales and leadership roles. He has an executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business where he graduated with distinction (Ivey Scholar).

Marc and Jennifer have two grown children. When not running TAC, Marc and Jennifer are usually found on their sailboat in Georgian Bay.

Community Involvement

TAC places high value on opportunities to contribute to organizations where our coaches are active. We donate to the Million Tree Challenge, volunteer for the Business Cares food drive, volunteer with multiple newcomer agencies, and Chambers of Commerce in different communities.
