Community involvement is an essential aspect of a fulfilled life. As you likely know, a feeling of connectedness and purpose goes a long way in establishing your sense of satisfaction.
The Achievement Centre advocates this connectedness for our team and is now taking that step corporately.
Through our paced-learning programs, organizations initiate behavioural changes, helping employees reach their full potential. During the upcoming year, we will donate to reforestation efforts with each program sold.
It’s just one more way to invest in positive change.
Helping those in need is an essential way to connect with your community.
Each year the Business Cares Food Drive collects donations on behalf of the London Food Bank. The Achievement Centre is proud to participate in this community initiative.
Last year 259,870 pounds of food was collected
by 440 participating businesses. We hope to surpass that goal this year.
Please consider joining a similar initiative in your community.
Pulling For A Cause
Each Sunday from September through May, TAC Principal Ken Ingram volunteers his time with the West Island Special Olympics, coaching the young adults at Laurentian Lanes.
To raise funds, he recently participated in the 767 Challenge, where they pulled this aircraft 12 feet in 13.21 seconds! Ken’s team raised over $2,000 during this event.
Together, we can make a difference in the lives of Special Olympics Québec athletes. The funds raised will go towards maintaining sports programs aimed at more than 5,400 athletes, children and adults, living with an intellectual disability throughout Québec and ensure their development as athletes.
If you would like more information, please contact Ken.
