His academic achievements include a Master’s in Project Management, a diploma in Business Administration, and an arbitration certificate. Mo is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng), a Chartered Manager (CMI), and a Project Management Professional (PMP® & RMP®).
He held various management roles in his professional journey at prestigious corporations such as Siemens Mobility, Leighton Group, and Thales Transportation. He led large corporate transformational projects, infrastructure projects and multinational teams across different countries, gathering invaluable experience along the way.
