Carlos holds a rich background with more than 15 years of combined experience in international business, global supply chain, team leadership, and ISO 9001 quality systems. With a degree in International Commerce from ITESM Mexico, a Masters of Business Administration from UVM Mexico, and a Certificate in Retail Management from HEC Montreal, Carlos has worked with several major multinational companies in the automotive, telecommunications, metal mechanic, and chemical industries. He has developed strategic maps for specific products, framing the information on commercial standards, customs, sanitary measures, import and export restrictions, regional exchanges, trends, competitors, and trade opportunities.

Carlos also has extensive experience developing training programs and business rules, analyzing source alternatives and evaluating supplier performance. He is a trilingual professional coach who enjoys working on the most difficult issues for his clients and being part of the solution.

Carlos says his goal as a trainer and coach is to become a permanent ally with the client and transmit his acquired knowledge and skills to them. He loves the opportunity to bring ideas to the table and see the client’s expression when he provides high-value initiatives and solutions that will help them with their needs – the moment when value is created!

Working out of the Montreal area, Carlos enjoys cooking with his wife and family camping with their two children.
