TAC Coach

Kristina is a passionate executive coach who believes that all great organizations are a result of great teams. She helps her clients drive improvements by focusing on individual performance, team performance, and finally, organizational performance.

Kristina holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. She has 15 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing where she held various senior leadership roles including plant management. Kristina has always driven the success of her teams by identifying individual team-member strengths and empowering them to engage those strengths. With a focus on leadership development, and sales training, Kristina helps her clients do the same.

Kristina lives in St. Thomas with her husband and two boys. She enjoys being outdoors, cooking, and running. She is active in her community, which includes being on the Board of Directors for the St. Thomas and District Chamber of Commerce, where she has served as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee since 2019.
