Leadership Woolwich – Leading to a Stronger Community
September 10, 2018 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
An event every 3 days that begins at 9:00am, repeating until September 13, 2018
Are you looking to build stronger leadership skills in your organization, your community, or perhaps yourself? Leadership Woolwich can help!
Effective leadership is the single biggest contributor to an organization’s success. Results-Centred Leadership™, the foundational program within Leadership Woolwich, builds upon the inherent leadership potential in each person.
Woolwich Leadership participants will discover the benefits achieved by using mutual Win/Win agreements. The program will teach participants the power and effectiveness of regularly scheduled one-on-one coaching and encourage them to coach people to succeed rather than policing them for failure. Participants will notice changes in behaviours and
attitudes that produce measurable results!
Because the program is conducted over 12 months, participants have a chance to implement and practice what they have learned and share the results with their peers. There is greater accountability to each other to achieve results. There will also be an emphasis on community leadership and contribution.
This is an introductory workshop. In this session you will get practical ideas that you can use immediately in your organization. You will also get insight into the benefits of the full program, starting in October, and an opportunity to network and learn from other leaders in your community. Our purpose is to give you enough good ideas now and information about the program that you are able to determine if this would be a good step for you and your organization. Some government funding may be available.
