John Alexander and Carly O’Brien will be presenting Customer Service – Still Important in A Digital World on Tuesday March 4th 9am-12noon at the Guelph Chamber of Commerce, 111 Farquhar Street. In this session, John & Carly will ensure each participant leaves with the skills, confidence and tools to deliver appreciated customer service, even when it is uncomfortable to do so.
