TAC Principal / Sergeant Ken Ingram, is a D-Day Reenactor with the Royal Canadian Artillery. He was out on Sunday June 5th to celebrate and remember the invasion of Normandy, France, on June 6, 1944. It was one of the most important military operations of the western Allies’ success during World War II.

Ken helped fire the gun – known as the 25-pounder – four times in the Mount Royal cemetery field of honour. In 1945, over 12,000 had been manufactured. It was the most outstanding field artillery piece used by British and Commonwealth forces in the Second World War.
