RADAR 180 provides a collective view of the individual from their co-workers’ perspectives. It provides candid feedback to understand one’s strengths and help eliminate “blind spots”. The Pure Selling Skills survey can be administered to an individual or to an entire sales team. The survey identifies areas of strength, uncovers areas for development, and provides insights to coach the sales person/team efficiently and effectively.
