We were fortunate enough to attend the 2023 ESOP conference in Edmonton in May. ESOPs, or Employee Share Ownership Plans, are unique ways to involve employees in organizations through ownership opportunities. The event was well organized by ESOP Canada, well attended by its members, and NSM Brand Media did an excellent job managing the A/V and logistics.
TAC was asked to speak about the value of having an employee soft skills training strategy as a way to promote engagement and retention thus further compounding the impact of ESOPs.
