The 31st edition of the WIAIH-Richard Held Golf Classic held at Summerlea Golf Club was a resounding success. Our own Ken Ingram is a member of the Golf Committee. Ken wants to send a special shout-out to say “thanks” to the sponsors and participants. It was a sold out event. They raised over $100,000 so far, with more to come. The online auction will further increase the totals. This important annual golf classic fundraiser supports WIAIH (West Island Association for the Intellectually Handicapped), a non-profit organization committed to increasing opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism, strengthening their families, and fostering a more inclusive community.
