The Achievement Centre Launches New Online Learning

The Achievement Centre (TAC) is pleased to announce a new tool for participants of the Pure SellingTM program. With the evolution of technology, online learning has become an important component of any development program.

Partnering with Canadian company SmarterU, TAC has developed this 12 part course, designed to supplement the instructor-led program. Each module contains a multi-sensory learning experience with text, audio, video and interactive quizzes. This engages the learner in a variety of ways, improving the retention of material.

During the development of this content, TAC tested the program with a large national client and the feedback was excellent. National Leasing, the award-winning Canadian leasing company, received this feedback from their learning participants “it’s a great alternative to reading and listening to the content!”

The Achievement Centre focuses on bringing out the most in an organization, helping clients to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and doing it. According to Marc Lacoursière, President of TAC, “We know people learn in different ways, at different speeds, and they prefer different tools to do so. What’s different in our approach to online tools is that we haven’t lost sight of the fact that 9 out of 10 learners (regardless of demographic) prefer face-to-face facilitated learning. The online tools are designed to enhance the independent study components of our learning experience.”
