results-centred leadership

Results-Centred Leadership builds upon the inherent leadership potential in each person because effective leadership is shown to be the single biggest contributor to organizational success. In fact, Harvard Business Review reported in a January 2022 article the critical importance of developing your leadership team.

Results-Centred Leadership

Over 12 three-hour modules, participants will discover the benefits achieved by using mutual Win/Win agreements. The program will teach participants the power and effectiveness of regularly scheduled one-on-one coaching. It encourages them to coach people to succeed rather than policing them for failure. Participants will notice changes in their behaviours and attitudes that produce measurable results.

In addition to important skills like coaching and goal setting, participants will become more effective at leadership by providing their team with commitment, guidance, support and accountability.

You will receive written learning materials, podcasts, online learning and management system (LMS) exercises. Also included is a development survey, two one-on-one sessions, and a 12-month subscription to the Aspiring Leaders microlearning app.

The program involves 36 hours of facilitation, in-person or remotely delivered.

Program cost including all of the above features: $3,950
